First impressions and usage
The OCEAN REEF ARIA S/M and L/XL mask has a high-quality look and feels trustworthy. The size is indicated on the side of the mask so that you won’t be likely to choose a mask that is too large or too small. Attaching and detaching the snorkel is easy. The neatly stitched elastic straps are long enough, making it easy to put the mask on and tighten it. The mask has a very good fit, and the silicone edge is soft and has a good seal. Out of water, the orinasal pocket fogs after inhaling and exhaling deeply a few times, but doesn’t fog in your field of vision.
The mask doesn’t fog during snorkeling, doing a surface dive or swimming underwater. The field of vision is large, but seems a bit smaller than it does at the surface. The soft silicone edge creates a good seal around your face and doesn’t leak. Breathing is very easy. It’s easy to focus on everything underwater without getting distracted by your equipment.

This is a mask that does exactly what it was designed to do: you can enjoy snorkeling without getting distracted by fogging, filling up with water or thinking about breathing. Comfortable and easy to use. Good to know: the mask is manufactured by OCEAN REEF. This producer of full-face masks for diving is the “spiritual father” of the original concept for snorkeling masks, and this is obvious from the design.
