Snorkeling masks 2019 – Sea Turtle
Full-face snorkel masks are available in all shapes and sizes. This is what the DuikeninBeeld testing team thought about the Sea Turtle mask.
Click! This sound is clearly audible when you attach the snorkel. The snorkel is sealed with an O-ring.
The mask is easy to put on and every part of it is very comfortable, even the elastic straps. Our testers’ immediate impression was that this is a good, reliable mask.
And this doesn’t change when you go underwater. The field of vision is large and good. The pane doesn’t fog up. While snorkeling, we naturally wanted to test the purge valve, but since the mask didn’t leak, we had to intentionally let water seep in. The purge valve did a great job of expelling the water.
The snorkel mask was one of our favorites of all of the masks we tested – wow! Don’t confuse this one with its “little brother”, the Seaturtle Deluxe, which we also tested.
